Abstract: Based on the background of the problem, it can be formulated that the contribution of original village income in Grujugan Village, Petanahan District, Kebumen Regency has not reached the target. The analytical method used in this research is Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat (SWOT) analysis. Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat (SWOT) analysis is used to analyze potential problems in the Grujugan Village PADes, including internal and external potential and problems. The combination of the various strategies above will help Grujugan Village to increase competitiveness, face challenges and win competition in the woven products industry. Considering that the potential for the woven industry has very good prospects, seen from the high market demand and student visits on educational tours, Grujugan Village as a business actor still has various obstacles in its functional aspects. The development strategy for Grujugan Village can be implemented appropriately and effectively through the existence of a Business Plan . By looking at the current bamboo industry which continues to develop, Grujugan Village's business through Bumdes has quite promising business prospects.
