Abstract: PT PLN (Persero) as a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) engaged in the electricity sector has a strong commitment in maintaining the welfare of employees, retirees, and their families through health insurance facilities. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of reimbursement claim management at PT PLN (Persero) and identify obstacles in the claim submission process. The research method used is qualitative by collecting data through interviews and observations. Respondents consisted of several Yan HC employees responsible for health claims. The results showed that the claim procedures established by Yan HC are quite effective, but there are several obstacles that require improvement to increase effectiveness and efficiency as well as employee, retiree, and family satisfaction.
