Workload is a challenge for companies because workload will have a major effect on employee performance. If the company cannot identify the workload on employees properly, it will cause uneven distribution of work. The phenomena that will often appear are overload which causes employees to experience physical and mental fatigue or the phenomenon of underload which causes employees to often have a lot of free time in working hours and results in inefficiency in work. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the workload using the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) method to determine how much workload is ideal for employees to receive.
