Abstract: This article makes an approach to the study of some legal texts which regulate the uses of the AI systems, the high risks AI systems and problems of the application in some laws areas. This essay pretends making a reflection about some laws fields that would be crucial in the IA regulation, it is necessary to ask the question if the profesional of laws would be replaced. It is important make the question if there is important the AI is contained whitin by the human beings. By the last, it will be treated an attempt at regulation of the AI in México.
