The aim of this article is to examine theoretical frameworks and empirical studies in order to determine the key characteristics of empowerment and well-being, their potential causal relationships, and the implications for fostering sustainable development in communities and organizations. According to this research, empowering people can enhance their social, psychological, and financial well-being by generating a positive feedback loop of performance and development.
