Abstract: In this study, we report the synthesis of thiazolyl-pyrazole-biscoumarins employing hydrochloric acid as an effective catalyst. The synthesized derivatives were subjected to biological evaluation for anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antimicrobial activities. The results indicate that the oxygen containing heterocycles among the synthesized compounds exhibited notable anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties while sulfur containing heterocycles demonstrated promising antimicrobial efficacy. This work highlights the potential of these thiazolyl-pyrazole-biscoumarin derivatives as multifunctional agents in therapeutic applications.
