Abstract: The aim is to formulate freeze dried Vernonia Amygdalina VA lozenges dosage form. VA lozenges combined with Glibenclamide and Metformin standard anti diabetic effect will also be studied. This will enable proper dosing of VA for patients that are unable to swallow solid drugs.
