Abstract: In this article is important to study some legal documents donde as the human need to regulate the AI and their use in the Intelectual property rights. It is Important to study the AI generative, because it create new content by using Works protected by copyright. We´ll discuss if it is posible give the character of autor to an AI according to the US patent office.
