Abstract: ABSTRACTThe aim of this research is to determine the fanaticism levels of Young Fenerbahçe People (GFB), the Fan Group of Fenerbahce Sports Club, and to make comparisons according to different variables. A total of 244 individuals, 80 of whom are women and 164 of whom are men, who are members of the Young Fenerbahçeliler (GFB) association in Niğde-Gaziantep and Batman provinces constitute the sample of this research. A scale consisting of two parts was used as a data collection tool in the research. While demographic information was included in the first part of the research, the “Football Fan Fanaticism Scale” (FTFO) consisting of 13 questions and 2 sub-dimensions developed by Taşmektepligil et. al. (2015) was used in the second part. Descriptive statistics were used in the analysis of the data in order to explain the demographic variables and determine the fanaticism levels of the participants. In the comparative analyses, Anova and Independent T tests were used because the data showed a normal distribution. As a result of this research, it has been determined that the level of fanaticism of Young Fenerbahce people, who are the fan group of Fenerbahce sports club, is at a low level. In addition, it has been observed that in terms of gender variable, women's total fanaticism levels and tendencies of thoughts and actions towards violence are higher than men. In the age variable, it was found that the fanatic levels of the participants aged 25 and under were at a lower level than the others. In the education variable, it was found that those who have a secondary education level have higher total fanaticism levels and violent thinking and action tendencies than others. It was found that there was no significant differentiation in the participants' fanaticism levels according to the marital status variable.
