Abstract: There is no doubt about the diversity of the miraculous surahs in the Holy Qur'an. There are many studies in which researchers have been working on the verses of the Holy Qur'an to identify those multiple surahs of the miraculousness of the Qur'an, there are many studies on the miracle of the Qur'an in terms of grammar, morphology, semantics, or rhetoric ... This research, which I titled "The Impact of Context on the Selection of Initial News in the Holy Quran: A Rhetorical Study", seeks to reveal to us one of the forms of rhetorical miracles in the Holy Quran, by revealing the impact of the context on the expression of the initial news in the Holy Quran, and I limited the study of this research to some Quranic examples, showing the impact of the context on the expression of the initial news in the context of warning against hypocrites, in the context of warning against the sedition of wealth and children, and in the context of reproach with the Prophet (peace be upon him), and concluded the research by talking about the impact of context on the selection and selection of the initial news expression in the context of retaliation.
