Abstract: A few cases of pigmented squamous cell carcinoma have been reported in the literature. We report a case of pigmented squamous cell carcinoma with diagnosis confirmed by histological and immunohistochemical examinations. The differential diagnosis is with pigmented basal cell carcinoma and melanoma. We report in this article a case of pigmented squamous cell carcinoma whose diagnosis was confirmed by an anatomopathological study. The management of this type of tumor is based on wide excision.
