Analisis Tingkat Kesiapan Teknologi Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan SMA Negeri 19 Palembang Menggunakan Framework ITIL V3

Abstract: The library of SMA Negeri 19 Palembang implements SLiMS (Senayan Library Management System), an open-source software, since 2021 to support its services. SLiMS provides circulation facilities (book borrowing and returning), barcode usage, book classification, visitor statistics, and visitor data. According to the initial survey conducted by the author, not all available menu functions properly, such as visitor statistics and visitor data, which are not yet online and still recorded manually, leading to potential errors. Users perceive the readiness of the existing system functions as inadequate and not optimally usable. The results of the study show that the relationship between Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition and Continual Service Improvement has a very strong influence on the Service Operation of information system technology of the SMA Negeri 19 Palembang Library. The level of system readiness and user satisfaction can also be explained by the five variables used. From the results of the test and looking at the frequency of answers, it can be concluded that the information system technology of the SMA Negeri 19 Palembang Library can be well received in the school environment.
