Abstract: Polyembolokoilamania refers to insertion of foreign object in one or more than one natural orice of human body (Rectal, Vaginal, penile, urethral insertion) usually steming from sexual gratication(2).The cases of polyembolokoilamania are not unknown however owing to the judgemental outcome, seldom this patient come to health ofcers for treatment.
