Abstract: Family engagement plays a pivotal role in enhancing patient health conditions by providing emotional, social, and practical support. This study examines the impact of family involvement on patient health outcomes through a comprehensive analysis using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Drawing data from [source of data], the research evaluates key latent variables such as emotional support (ES), information sharing (INF), instrumental support (INS), coordination (CO), and health outcomes (HO). These constructs were measured using validated indicators and assessed for their interrelationships within the structural model. The findings reveal that emotional support and information sharing significantly influence health outcomes, mediated through instrumental support and coordination. The results underscore the importance of family engagement in fostering a supportive environment that enhances recovery and overall well-being. Path coefficients demonstrate robust relationships among the constructs, while R-squared values highlight the explanatory power of the model. This study provides empirical evidence emphasizing the necessity of integrating family-centered approaches in healthcare strategies to achieve holistic patient recovery. By offering insights into the dynamics of family involvement, the research underscores its critical role in shaping patient health conditions. The findings have practical implications for healthcare providers, policymakers, and caregivers, urging the adoption of collaborative practices that engage families as active participants in the care process.
