Abstract: The Malnad College of Engineering Chat-Bot is an innovative application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) aimed at enhancing the communication between students, faculty, and staff within the college ecosystem. Designed to assist users with a wide array of queries ranging from academic information to administrative procedures, the chatbot uses Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to deliver accurate and efficient responses. The system was developed to improve accessibility, streamline student services, and reduce human intervention in routine inquiries, offering an interactive and user-friendly platform that supports the college's goal of digital transformation. This paper discusses the architecture, features, and implementation of the chatbot, along with its potential benefits and challenges, highlighting its role in revolutionizing the student experience at Malnad College of Engineering.
