Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work environment and work motivation on employee performance at PT.”XYZ” This study is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling. All members of the population are sampled, totaling 80 employees of PT. “XYZ”The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis prove that work discipline, work environment and work motivation have a significant partial effect on employee performance at PT. “XYZ”. These results can be interpreted that the existence of work discipline, work environment and work motivation can improve employee performance at PT.”XYZ".
