Abstract: With the rapid development of information technology, its application in the field of education is becoming more and more widespread, in high school physical education, the introduction of information technology not only enriches the teaching methods, but also improves the quality of teaching, deeply stimulates the students' interest in learning, and lays a solid foundation for students' subsequent high school physical education learning.
