Abstract: The Regulations on Grassroots Party Organization Activities within Higher Education Institutions issued by the Communist Party of China clearly mandate the enhancement of party membership among top-tier talents, leading young educators, and distinguished students. The document stresses the need to amplify initiatives for enrolling party members among undergraduate students, to tackle new challenges with innovative approaches, continuously elevate standards, and augment the quality of party building efforts among students. Maintaining high standards in student party membership initiatives is vital, representing a significant responsibility crucial to the destiny of both the party and the nation. Hence, preserving the integrity and excellence of our qualified personnel is imperative. Constructing a team of highly qualified personnel for party affairs is fundamental to advancing effective student management initiatives. Therefore, this thesis investigates the high-quality development of student party members through three strategies: bolstering student party organizational work, enhancing the quality training of individual party members, and innovating training methodologies.
