Abstract: Meningioma is an extracerebral tumor that develops from the tissues covering the brain and not from the brain parenchyma itself. It is less rare and represents 15% of all intracranial tumors. Its discovery by ophthalmological signs is not as described in the literature. We report the case of an observation of a 45-year-old female subject, referred to the radiology department for an orbito-cerebral CT scan in a context of bilateral papillary pallor. The CT scan made it possible to make the positive diagnosis of the sellar region meningioma discovered incidentally. CT scan remains the important examination in the diagnostic management of meningioma and its extension assessment.
