Abstract: Summarizing, because the procedure for submitting and checking the materials obtained as a result of operational-search activities to the body conducting criminal proceedings is not reflected in the law, problems arise in practice. For the regulation of the issue, the adoption of a new norm called "Procedure for submission and verification of the materials obtained during the operation-search activity to the body carrying out the criminal process" was considered appropriate for the purpose.
