Abstract: As of October 2024, the net asset value of the conservative fund of the management company C QUADRAT Ampega was 477 billion drams. This fund is the largest among the funds managed by C QUADRAT Ampega, in particular, due to the fact that it is the basic one when choosing a pension savings model by citizens. Thus, the management efficiency of this fund has the greatest social coverage. When analyzing this fund, the author comes to the conclusion that there is no strategic and holistic approach to the management and formation of this fund, which carries a significant risk in the context of the future well-being of the population of the Republic of Armenia.
