Abstract: Message from the General Chair Dear Colleagues, It is my great pleasure and privilege to welcome you to the International Conference on Renewable Energy Research and Applications (RERA 2024), scheduled to take place on 7–8 November 2024 in the beautiful city of Thi-Qar, Iraq. This prestigious event is hosted by the College of Engineering, University of Thi-Qar, and serves as a vital platform for the global community to explore innovations, share knowledge, and collaborate on advancing the field of renewable energy. As the General Chair, I am delighted to present a program that encompasses a wide range of topics addressing critical challenges and emerging opportunities in renewable energy technologies, energy conversion and storage, sustainable energy applications, advanced materials, environmental impact, and policy development.
