Abstract: Breast cancer is the most common malignancy prevalent among women worldwide. Metastasis to regional lymph nodes, bones, lungs, liver, and brain is quite common; however, there have been very few cases in literature reporting metastatic spread of breast carcinoma to the spleen. Here, we present one such case of a 62-year-old female with carcinoma of the left breast presenting with isolated distant metastasis to splenic parenchyma detected in pretreatment staging 18 F-fludeoxyglucose-18 positron emission tomography/computed tomography scan.
