Abstract: This article presents a detailed report of a study, which evaluates the implementation of a mobile application, designed for the management of maintenance tasks and documentation in an automotive workshop. Developed to drive operational efficiency and employee acceptance of new technologies, the quantitative descriptive methodology included pre- and post-implementation surveys, as well as automatic application usage records. The increase in operational efficiency with a corresponding increase in the accuracy of documentation in the survey results confirms the main assumption. This article provides a clear picture of the impact of using mobile technologies in the workplace.
