Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of remuneration and work environment on the performance of employees of PT. BCA Syariah Sunter Branch Office. This study is a quantitative research that uses primary and secondary data. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling with the saturated sample method or census. The data collection technique in this study uses a questionnaire with a likert scale that is distributed to all employees The statistical data method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 20 software. The results of the study show that work placement, work environment and remuneration simultaneously do not have a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees of PT. BCA Syariah Sunter Branch Office. Then partially remuneration does not have a significant influence on the performance of employees of PT. BCA Syariah Sunter Branch Office. Meanwhile, the work environment has a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees of PT. BCA Syariah Sunter Branch Office. substantiated in the main text and should not exaggerate the main conclusions.
