Abstract: The article is an introduction to research on the stability of the electoral system in Poland. There is a hipotesis that the Polish constitution indicates the stability of the electoral system as an expected solution in a democratic state of law. The constitution shows this through many constitutional rules as constitutionalism and legalism. The constitution also contains many detailed regulations regarding elections.
