Abstract 407: Spinal Cord Infarction Outcomes with a Focus on Thrombolysis: A Nationwide Analysis
Year: 2024
Type: conference-abstract
Abstract: Spinal cord infarction (SCI) is a rare and challenging condition to diagnose. The literature lacks large studies examining the characteristics and outcomes of SCI. Treatments, such as thrombolysis, which are considered standard of care in cerebral stroke, have not been previously studies in SCI. We aimed to assess outcomes of SCI using a nationally (United States) representative sample from the Nationwide Readmissions Database (NRD).
