Abstract: The article analyses the scope of liability for the unlawful placement of an advertising board or device, which is a tort punishable by imposing an administrative fine. It also presents the structure of the liability of the primary entity on which the administrative penalty is imposed and the subsidiarily liable entities. The article highlights problems that may occur in the practical application of the provisions discussed and presents the views of the doctrine and case law on individual issues.
