Abstract: This article analyzes the concepts of national and state interests from the perspective of international relations and each country's own position. Special attention is paid to the formation of national policy in China, the implementation of national policy and its impact on national minorities are described. The purpose of the work is to analyze the reasons for the formation and implementation of national policy in China, and analyze their policies from the perspective of national and state interests.
