Abstract: This study examines educational counselors' psychological submission by gender, region, and years of service. To achieve the research goals, the researchers created a psychological submission scale with two sections: 14 personal items and 10 social items. The scale has 24 paragraphs. After validating the psychometric properties of the scale, it was structured with 18 items and administered to 310 educational counselors from Dhi Qar Education Directorate schools, 168 males and 142 females, with 107 having over 10 years of experience and 203 having less than 10, 110 from the central area and 200 from the peripheries. Educational counselors submit psychologically, with statistically significant gender differences favoring females. Years of service vary, with a big advantage for those under 10. Geography did not significantly affect results.
