Abstract: The current research aims to identify the patterns of emotional attachment among female teachers in the middle school stage and to determine the level of attachment patterns. To transfer these goals to the realm of study and application, the researchers adopted a scale (Dumas: 2023). The psychometric properties of the scale of emotional attachment patterns were extracted, and the apparent validity and structural validity were verified. Reliability was calculated using two methods for the scale: secure attachment style (0.883), anxious attachment style (0.812), and avoidant attachment style (0.831). According to the Cronbach, the stability value of the secure attachment style reached (0.873), the anxious attachment style (0.800), and the avoidant attachment style (0.800), and after applying the scale finally to the sample (250) schools that were withdrawn intentionally from the research community, the results showed that the first goal was the secure style.
