Abstract: The research is dedicated to the theoretical foundations of the organizational and economic mechanism of enterprise management, analyzing key factors that determine the effectiveness of management in modern conditions. The main elements of the organizational and economic mechanism, its structure, functions, and the influence of external and internal factors on the functioning of the enterprise are highlighted. The role of adaptability of the mechanism in a changing environment and the necessity for continuous monitoring and adjustment of management strategies are emphasized. Practical recommendations for improving the organizational and economic mechanism are proposed, including the implementation of integrated management systems that ensure the efficient use of resources and processes, as well as support for the innovative development of the enterprise. The importance of risk management as a tool for minimizing the negative impact of external and internal factors is also emphasized.
