Abstract: The article is devoted to consideration of the issues of flexibility and adaptability of the national labor market. It is noted that the modern globalized labor market, which is actively developing in the conditions of digital technologies, requires the adoption of effective management decisions at all administrative levels in order to ensure productive employment and provide signs of flexibility. The use of the subject approach made it possible to consider various manifestations of the flexibility of the labor market and to determine the management mechanisms of its regulation. Modern manifestations of the flexibility of the national labor force in the conditions of a long war are given. The analysis of threats and possibilities of flexibility of the labor market to ensure the conditions for the realization and development of human capital made it possible to propose effective management mechanisms in the conditions of a protracted war.
