Abstract: The nanocrystalline ZnSe thin films grown by close space sublimation (CSS) method have been optimized through chemical and thermal annealing. Nanocrystalline ZnSe films were prepared on SnO2/ glass substrates at different substrates temperatures. The SnO2: F film had a thickness of 500 nm, sheet resistance of <10 Ω/□.
