Abstract: Home Tofu Industry Wayari has been carrying out its production process since 2021. The tofu production process starts from soaking, washing, grinding, boiling/cooking, filtering (separating the juice and dregs), freezing, molding and pressing, and cutting. Every production process produces industrial waste, both in the form of solid and liquid waste. Solid waste is sold and used as animal feed, while liquid waste is disposed of through sewers. Liquid waste causes environmental problems such as strong odors. So it is necessary to handle the liquid waste produced from the tofu production process to minimize negative impacts on humans and the surrounding environment. One approach that can be used is a life cycle assessment to determine potential dangers resulting from production activities that produce waste.
