Abstract: This work is devoted to the analysis of the goals, problems and tools of youth involvement in regional economic policy. The focus is on improving employment, education, and entrepreneurship support, as well as removing obstacles such as the lack of consistent laws, uneven funding, and a lack of professional expertise. Based on the experience of the regions, including the Republic of Tatarstan, and an analysis of practices, solutions are proposed: developing public-private partnerships, improving digital literacy, supporting innovation, and creating a unified youth policy system adapted to the specifics of each region. The findings emphasize that a holistic approach to youth policy can unlock the potential of young people, contributing to sustainable economic growth and social stability.
