Status and Prospects for Research on Strategic Communication Between Poland and France in the Period from mid-October 1938–December 1939

Abstract: This paper presents the problem of strategic communication with regard to historical research. It covers Polish and French narratives and actions, taken and exercised by national, scientific elements, governmental institutions and opinion-shaping centres. It also describes elements related to how this kind of human activity influences decision-making processes, decision-makers and general public. The subject literature was presented and evaluated as well as research postulates were generated.
