Abstract: Тhis article is devoted to the issues of etiology, pathogenesis, classification, description of the clinical picture, approaches to the diagnosis and treatment of such a clinical and laboratory syndrome as rhabdomyolysis. For a detailed acquaintance with this nosology, we provide an analysis of a clinical case, where we tried to set out in detail the main aspects and key points of a timely and correct diagnosis, as well as possible examples of diagnostic treatment. The given clinical example allows us to trace the development of the disease in a particular case, the possibilities of modern research methods in the diagnosis of this pathology, as well as to evaluate the effectiveness of the therapy.
