Abstract: This paper deals with the development of GIS-interface for situational system of computational experiment using C# programming language and DotSpatial library. The main purpose of the study is to create a system that allows for spatial data analysis and visualization of objects and processes with the possibility of their categorization. The conceptual model of the subject area (CMPO), algorithms for categorization of objects and processes, and methods of data visualization using GIS are described. The results of the development can be applied in computational tasks, including modeling and analysis of situations in various subject areas.
