Abstract: " Organizational development increasingly depends on innovation as a keyfactor in differentiating institutions , particularly in the domain of technology transfer(TT) and intellectual property (IP). In this context , the use of different approaches andmethods I'm advisor the value of IP is recognized as a valuable management tool,helping interested parties I'm optimize the commercialization process of developedproducts and processes. To collect relevant knowledge , a comprehensive literaturereview was carried out, focusing on the last 20 years (2003-2023) and coveringnational and international databases .
