Abstract: Dry Eye Disease (DED), a multifactorial condition characterized by tear film instability and ocular surface damage, significantly impacts quality of life.Ayurvedic interventions, particularly Kriyakalpa therapies, offer promising alternatives to contemporary treatments.This article explores the therapeutic efficacy of Amalaki Siddha Ghrita Tarpana in the management of DED, a traditional Ayurvedic approach aimed at addressing ocular dryness, irritation, and inflammation.A randomized controlled clinical study demonstrates its effectiveness compared to standard treatments, offering new insights into integrative eye care.
