Abstract: The aim of this study is to improve the efficiency of separators in the cotton industry. New separator designs and aerodynamic optimization methods help speed up the separation process, improve product quality, and reduce energy consumption. The study is based on the analysis of air flow distribution inside the separator and new filter materials. The results allow the separation process to be environmentally and economically sustainable.
