Adaptive Control System for a Fluidized Bed Dryer

Abstract: The advantages and disadvantages of numerous interconnected adaptive drying process control systems have been analyzed. An adaptive system for the process has been developed that enables the calculation of hydrodynamics and seed moisture content in a fluidized bed. This system is based on the separation of reactive zones, taking into account the fluidized bed and dynamic models of the drying process within the fluidized bed.
