Abstract: This study questions the traditional view of Big History, suggesting that intelligence, as we understand it, may not be the ultimate outcome of the evolution of matter in the Universe. Instead, it explores the idea that increasing complexity in the Universe could lead to entirely new forms of matter organization that go beyond our conventional understanding of intelligence. Drawing from the concept of "superintelligence," the study envisions a scenario where intelligent life on various planets communicates with each other, creating a Galactic information field. Over time, this interconnected network of transmissions accumulates and influences diverse planetary civilizations, forming an over-civilization object. Despite individual civilizations being carriers of this information, the over-civilization itself is not conventionally intelligent. Due to the constraints of the speed of light, no single civilization can fully comprehend the processes within the Galactic information field. Thus, the Galaxy's information field is proposed as a superintelligent object, challenging the notion that intelligence is the ultimate endpoint of evolution in the Universe.
