Abstract: Women's entrepreneurship has become a significant global engine of economic growth and empowerment. The goal of this study paper is to examine the significant drivers, challenges, and opportunities for women's entrepreneurship, as well as its effects on societal change and economic growth. By analysing recent literature, empirical studies, and actual cases, this study provides insights into the distinct experiences, motivations, and obstacles experienced by women entrepreneurs as well as the strategies they employ to succeed. It also underlines how crucial government policies, educational programs, and support systems are in fostering an environment that is supportive to women entrepreneurs. Through a thorough examination, this research study highlights the importance of encouraging women's entrepreneurship for achieving gender equality, sustainable economic growth, and inclusive development.
