Abstract: The article presents an analysis of modern trends in the field of children’s media communications. The relevance of this study lies in the fact that in modern realities, convergence forms a new model of the organizational structure of school media centers, modernizes the processes of collecting, producing and distributing information content. When writing the article, the following theoretical methods were used: analogy, classification, generalization, comparative analysis, as well as the study and analysis of literature. Among the practical methods: personal observation, experiment and the method of consent. The entire work is based on an active empirical research method – experiment.
