Development of Non-surgical Methods in Aesthetic Medicine: the Author's Thread Lifting Technique as an Innovative Approach to Facial Rejuvenation

Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: The article explores the development of non-surgical methods in aesthetic medicine, specifically the author's thread lifting technique as an innovative approach to facial rejuvenation. The study aims to highlight the features of development and the effectiveness of thread lifting in the context of non-surgical facial rejuvenation. The research employed general scientific methods of cognition, including analysis, comparison, generalization, and modeling. The findings indicate that advancements in technologies and materials in the field of thread lifting play a crucial role in improving the safety and efficacy of facial rejuvenation procedures. The transition from traditional non-absorbable threads, such as polypropylene (Prolene™), to modern biodegradable materials like polydioxanone (PDO), poly-Llactic acid (PLLA), and polycaprolactone (PCL) is demonstrated. These materials provide better tissue compatibility, reduce the risk of complications, accelerate healing, and promote natural regeneration.Special attention is given to cutting-edge technologies, such as barbed network threads and the TESSLIFT technique, which enhance the longevity of rejuvenation effects and optimize the interaction between tissues and implants. This confirms that thread lifting is becoming an increasingly popular option for aesthetic procedures due to its minimally invasive nature and improved efficacy. The author's thread lifting technique, Zeitinidis, is also examined, combining high-quality implants, a scientifically grounded approach, and individualized procedures.Emphasis is placed on the precise insertion of threads into strictly defined anatomical zones, enabling maximum lifting effects and regeneration stimulation. The research demonstrates that accurate positioning, trauma minimization, and specialized insertion techniques achieve both immediate and long-term positive effects, including improved skin condition, prevention of sagging, and preservation of aesthetic results over time. The practical significance Věda a perspektivy № 1(44) 2025
