WCN25-2412 COMBINED INDUCTION THERAPY WITH RABBIT ANTI-THYMOCYTE GLOBULIN (rATG) AND RITUXIMAB IN COMPARISON WITH rATG ALONE ON RENAL ALLOGRAFT OUTCOMES IN NON-SENSITIZED LIVE RECIPIENTS
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: Antibody-mediated rejections are the most common cause of graft loss. Induction therapy with ATG is T cell centric leaving B cells uninhibited leading to acute rejections and antibody-mediated IF/TA in the long term. Combined T cell and B cell inhibition might prevent Acute rejections, ABMR and improve graft survival.
