Abstract: The article presents the experimental results of determining the compliance of the EMVS-Bobcat T590 metal detector with the requirements of the Procedure for the Implementation of the Experimental Project on the Implementation of Mandatory Certification of Mechanized Demining Means (Humanitarian Demining), Related Products, components, and equipment, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 08.03.2024 No. 271 (hereinafter - Resolution of the CMU dated 08.03.2024 No. 271).Almost 144,000 km² of the country's territory is contaminated with explosive objects, no country in the world has been contaminated by such a presence of explosive objects on its territory, that is why at present Ukraine is forming an algorithm for mine action for the whole world for the next 20-40 years. In our country, humanitarian demining takes place during the active phase of the war with the risk of repeated contamination of the territory, so what is happening now is grinding international approaches to the latest reality of today. The introduction of the latest technologies in the field of humanitarian demining expands the possibilities of modern demining systems and causes changes in the nature, forms and methods of its implementation, therefore the task of humanitarian demining of territories from explosive objects is relevant today. In order to carry out humanitarian demining measures within the framework of the legal framework of Ukraine, experimental studies of mechanized demining means of domestic and foreign production are carried out in order to carry out mandatory certification of products and their approval for supply to the components of the Security and Defense Forces of UkraineThe conducted experimental research confirms that the EMVS-Bobcat T590 metal detector can be certified for conducting humanitarian demining operations on the territory of Ukraine in the area of detecting anti-tank mines.
