Abstract: In this paper, the theory of Qm -normal families of meromorphic functions of one complex variable is promoted to bicomplex meromorphic functions. To study the properties of Qm -normal families in the bicomplex case, we have extended the definition of Cm -point and Cm -sequences from one complex variable to the bicomplex case and obtained its important results. Many results of Qm -normal families of one complex variable case are seen to hold in the bicomplex case. Moreover, the necessary and sufficient condition for Qm -normality in the bicomplex case is obtained.
